1Introduction & Acceptance

2Account Registration

Best GoalTo open an account, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, both may be closed and balances forfeited.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash & Nagad); ৳200 (Rocket); ৳500 (Bank Transfer).
• No processing fees are charged on deposits. However, your mobile banking operator may deduct a transfer fee.
• Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from someone else's account will be rejected.

4Withdrawal Policy

5Betting Rules

• Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error Best Goal reserves the right to void the bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet may be settled at odds of 1.00.
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinating bets to exploit the system (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Any bet placed by exploiting server lag during live betting will be voided.

6Bonus & Promo Code Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, you must place a set number of bets (wagering). Typically 5x for the welcome bonus.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time.
• Winnings from free bets are credited on the first win only; the original free bet stake is not returned.
• Expired voucher codes cannot be used. Codes cannot be applied after a deposit has been made.
• If a breach of any term is found, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Suspension & Closure

Best Goal Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
• If multiple accounts are found.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing.

9Limitation of Liability
